Request Account Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your MigApp account and associated personal information.
What happens when you request deletion?
- Submit the form with your MigApp username. Add the email associated with the account if you have one.
- We may contact you to verify that you own the account before taking action.
- After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account, except information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes.
Deleting your account may remove your profile and account-associated content from MigApp. Copies of messages or content already saved by other users may remain in their independent copies. Any legally required retention will be limited to what is necessary.

If the form does not work, email contact@migapp.org with the subject “MigApp Account Deletion Request” and include your username. Never include your password.

استخدم هذه الصفحة لطلب حذف حسابك في MigApp والمعلومات الشخصية المرتبطة به.
ماذا يحدث بعد طلب الحذف؟
- أرسل النموذج مع اسم المستخدم في MigApp. أضف البريد المرتبط بالحساب إن وجد.
- قد نتواصل معك للتحقق من أنك مالك الحساب قبل تنفيذ الطلب.
- بعد التحقق، سنحذف المعلومات الشخصية المرتبطة بالحساب أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية، باستثناء المعلومات التي يجب الاحتفاظ بها لأسباب قانونية أو أمنية أو لمنع الاحتيال أو لسجلات المعاملات.
قد يؤدي حذف الحساب إلى إزالة ملفك الشخصي والمحتوى المرتبط بحسابك من MigApp. وقد تبقى نسخ الرسائل أو المحتوى التي حفظها مستخدمون آخرون ضمن نسخهم المستقلة. ويقتصر الاحتفاظ المطلوب قانونيًا على الحد الضروري.
