1. Information We May Process

Depending on the features you use, MigApp may process the following categories of information:

• Account information: username, account identifiers, password hash, and an email address if you choose to provide one.
• Profile information: profile picture, biography, status, and other details you choose to add.
• User content and communications: messages, photos, posts, comments, and other content you send or publish through the service.
• Social and safety information: friend connections, requests, blocked accounts, and reports submitted through the app.
• Service and technical information: activity needed to operate features, deliver notifications, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and prevent abuse.
• Transactions or balances: records associated with purchases, payments, or in-app balances if those features are available and used.

2. How We Use Information

Information may be used to create and maintain accounts, provide messaging and social features, display user-selected profile information, deliver notifications, respond to reports and support requests, protect the service, investigate abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Messages and User Content

Content is processed to provide the features through which it is sent or shared. Do not send information you do not want other users or the service to process. Content visible to other users may be copied or retained by recipients independently of MigApp.

4. Blocking and Reporting

You can block other users and submit reports where those features are available. We may process the related account and report information to apply blocking, review reports, enforce our rules, and protect users.

5. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not describe user information as being sold. Information may be processed by infrastructure or service providers that help operate MigApp, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect users, address abuse, comply with law, or respond to valid legal requests. Providers should receive only the information needed for their role.

6. Security and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legitimate operational or legal needs, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies, unless a different period is required by law.

7. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your MigApp account using our Account Deletion page or by emailing contact@migapp.org. After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize account-associated personal information, except information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes. Some information already received or saved by other users may remain in their independent copies.

8. Children

MigApp is not intended for people who are not permitted to use the service under applicable age requirements. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of applicable requirements, contact us so we can review the matter.

9. Your Choices

You may update profile information through available app settings, use blocking and reporting tools, and request account deletion. You can contact us with privacy questions or requests.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

• المعاملات أو الأرصدة: سجلات المشتريات أو المدفوعات أو أرصدة التطبيق إذا كانت هذه الميزات متاحة واستخدمتها.

2. كيف نستخدم المعلومات

قد نستخدم المعلومات لإنشاء الحسابات وإدارتها، وتوفير المراسلة والميزات الاجتماعية، وعرض معلومات الملف الشخصي التي يختارها المستخدم، وإرسال الإشعارات، والرد على البلاغات وطلبات الدعم، وحماية الخدمة، والتحقيق في إساءة الاستخدام، والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية المعمول بها.

3. الرسائل ومحتوى المستخدم

تتم معالجة المحتوى لتوفير الميزات التي يُرسل أو يُشارك من خلالها. لا ترسل معلومات لا ترغب في أن يعالجها المستخدمون الآخرون أو الخدمة. وقد ينسخ المستلمون المحتوى الظاهر لهم أو يحتفظون به بشكل مستقل عن MigApp.

4. الحظر والإبلاغ

يمكنك حظر المستخدمين الآخرين وإرسال بلاغات عند توفر هذه الميزات. وقد نعالج معلومات الحساب والبلاغ المرتبطة بذلك لتنفيذ الحظر ومراجعة البلاغات وتطبيق القواعد وحماية المستخدمين.

5. مشاركة المعلومات ومقدمو الخدمات

لا نصف معلومات المستخدمين على أنها معروضة للبيع. وقد تتم معالجة المعلومات لدى مزودي البنية التحتية والخدمات الذين يساعدون في تشغيل MigApp، أو الإفصاح عنها عند الضرورة المعقولة لحماية المستخدمين أو معالجة إساءة الاستخدام أو الامتثال للقانون أو الاستجابة للطلبات القانونية الصحيحة. وينبغي ألا يتلقى مقدمو الخدمات إلا المعلومات اللازمة لأداء مهامهم.

6. الأمان والاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نستخدم تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة تهدف إلى حماية المعلومات، لكن لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة تمامًا. نحتفظ بالمعلومات للمدة اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة وتلبية الاحتياجات التشغيلية أو القانونية المشروعة وحل النزاعات وتطبيق السياسات، ما لم يفرض القانون مدة مختلفة.

7. حذف الحساب

يمكنك طلب حذف حساب MigApp من خلال صفحة حذف الحساب أو مراسلتنا عبر contact@migapp.org. بعد التحقق من الطلب، سنحذف المعلومات الشخصية المرتبطة بالحساب أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية، باستثناء المعلومات التي يلزم الاحتفاظ بها لأسباب قانونية أو أمنية أو لمنع الاحتيال أو للاحتفاظ بسجلات المعاملات. وقد تبقى نسخ مستقلة من بعض المعلومات لدى مستخدمين آخرين سبق أن استلموها أو حفظوها.

8. الأطفال

لم يُصمم MigApp لمن لا يستوفون متطلبات العمر المعمول بها لاستخدام الخدمة. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلًا قدم معلومات شخصية بالمخالفة للمتطلبات، فتواصل معنا لمراجعة الأمر.
